I'm Sakshi Lunawat, an User Experience Designer, based in India.
I believe in delivering positive results through good design with research at its core. I create meaningful user experiences by blending technology, design, and emotion to push the boundaries of innovation.
My experience includes leading end-to-end product design efforts at Bot VFX, redesigning HDFC Credila's loan onboarding process and designing asset management solutions for Honeywell Oil & Gas. I have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and have contributed to projects from research and concept to execution.
My work spans various domains, including productivity management tools, fintech, and enterprise solutions. I hold a Master's degree in Interactive Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and a Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design from MIT Institute of Design. I integrate design strategy, systems thinking and interactions to create a holistic experience into my design process. I am confident in utilizing design tools to deliver effective solutions.

Leading end-to-end product design efforts in the expansion of S2, their in house productivity management tool to enhancing internal monitoring, planning & scheduling reducing turn around by ~60% and manual effort by ~20%.

Led collaborative BMW SCADPro’s entry into the virtual goods market, focusing on NFT's and achieving a 15% competitive advantage by aligning product offerings with target audience preferences and business goals.
Facilitated developing and managing creative and visual components for virtual goods targeting Gen Z, fostering innovation to increase brand engagement.

Facilitated the redesign of HDFC Credila, India’s first dedicated educational loan company with a customer base of over 4.9 million, focusing on the loan onboarding application process.
Created and defined user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, interactions and design systems for customer-facing for HDFC Credila resulting in a 35% reduction in task completion time.
